200 Ranking Factors in the Google Algorithm

Well, this is no easy feat but kudos to Backlinko and SingleGrain for putting together this infographic aimed at dissecting Google’s ranking algorithm. The infographic walks through domain factors, page level factors, site-level factors, backlink factors, user interaction, additional indicators and social signals. Since they’re not applying a weight to each individual factor,

I’m not going to nitpick the list… I don’t believe all impact ranking but the ones that still don’t can influence your search engine performance by increasing click-through rate. Either way – it’s a great comprehensive list for you to review and think about as you optimize your content.

Very comprehensive listing. It brings to light a lot of the why SEO plugins have a majority of the above integrated into them. For example, SEO Presser. Thank you for this “all in one place” ranking factors.

Great resource Doug! Will be something that I bookmark! Under the site level factors section, the duplicate content snippet has “duplicate content”. 🙂 Might want to fix it.

Thanks for this very informative infographic.
One remark (aside from what what Jacquelyn already posted): you might want to change the snippet under “Time on Site” as well :).

Nice infographic image. If possible, name your website and its URL using the keyword. You should
also use it in the title, description, and meta tags of your website.
Some say that nowadays Google does not look any more at meta tags for
    search results ranking.
