Good friend and Indianapolis Marketing and PR professional, Lorraine Ball, was speaking to me about Adobe Contribute, a low-cost web publishing alternative to other platforms such as Adobe’s Dreamweaver.
As I continued to read down the page, I was really surprised to see a current issues section that fully listed the most popular issues that consumers are having with the application. Wow, talk about transparency! A company must really have a lot of faith in their products to list both the brand and product marketing on the same page as the current issues.
This is an outstanding level of transparency that instantly gave me more respect for the Adobe line of products. I’ve been a fan for quite a while now, but this really stands out amongst the competition.
