Founded in August 2008, The CMO Survey is administered twice a year, via an Internet survey, to collect and disseminate the opinions of top marketers in order to predict the future of markets, track marketing excellence, and improve the value of marketing in firms and society.
In all, it appears marketing budgets are expected to flatten, B2B marketing budgets are expected to drop, international markets aren’t looking good, traditional marketing is plummeting, and marketing budgets as a percentage of revenue remain above 10%. Meh.
