This wasn’t a question about innovation nor application, it was to get to the root of which companies had remarkable customer service that should be shared online. The recommendations came in quickly:
Buffer. Their Twitter UX is great and I love their blog posts. Their social media effectiveness research is super helpful.
Their support is really amazing with the development support I get for free. Lol. They free me from FTPing in and getting my hands dirty. I can go back to making sells.
From a brand, product, marketing, and messaging combination, I’m always impressed by what they’re up to.
ManageFlitter – they’ve been around the space, floating as the biggest social tool you’ve never heard of (3.5 million users), maintaining the largest database of Twitter users outside of Twitter itself, just so you can have the most powerful influence engagement platform in existence. Love it.
This is a great list. We’ve met many of these individuals personally and absolutely love the way they run their companies and assist their clients. We would not hesitate to recommend any of them, either.
