Mailchimp: All-In-One Site, E-Commerce, Marketing, Automation, And Email Marketing Platform
Today, Intuit Mailchimp is a formidable marketing platform and email service provider (ESP) that’s simply hard to beat. Years ago, I was running our newsletters off of Mailchimp but left the platform when my account was disabled for a spam complaint – with a list that was grown purely organically and used Mailchimp’s double opt-in. At the time, the platform was also somewhat limited and was getting quite expensive with the number of subscribers Martech Zone had.
While I moved our email, we’ve always had a client or two that used Mailchimp for their email sends. Over the years, I’ve watched the platform significantly expand its features, keep its pricing fairly static, and haven’t seen any of the deliverability issues with any of our clients. My firm, DK New Media, is a Mailchimp partner and we continue to work with clients to integrate, design, build, execute, and automate campaigns with the platform.
