If You Serve Millennials, You Better Be Serving Video

Every day I get pitched a millennial interview or article. I recognize that millennials are an age group that offers businesses an opportunity – and I have no doubt that they are unique. Having grown up in an age where having a smartphone and being connected to the Internet is having profound changes in behavior that we must pay attention to. If you’re targeting this age group – either for products or for employment – you do have to have a specific strategy.

What’s a Millenial?

A millennial is a person reaching young adulthood around the year 2000; a Generation Y’er.

Those are some pretty eye-popping statistics regarding millennials’ consumption of video. From the way you described it, it doesn’t seem like a trend that is going to fade out any time soon, so companies would be wise to jump in on this if they haven’t already.
