Optimize Your Webinar Spending: Webinar ROI Calculator

Did you know that, on average, B2B marketers use 13 different marketing tactics for their respective organizations? I don’t know about you, but that gives me a headache just thinking about it. However, when I really do think about it, we help our clients deploy about that many tactics every year and that number is only going up as the mediums become more saturated. As marketers, we have to prioritize when and where we’re going to spend our time or we’ll never get anything done!

About a year ago, we started working with ReadyTalk, a webinar software platform, and we deployed our own webinar series to see what all of the fuss was about. We generated over 600 leads over the course of 3 webinars for our partners, and about 25 – 30% of them turned into qualified leads.  Needless to say, webinars became one of our top recommendations for marketing tactics in 2014.

When we prioritize marketing campaigns with our clients, we are always looking at the ROI of our efforts and which ones are going to lead to more conversions. While we were certainly seeing conversions with webinars, we also wanted to calculate the ROI. That’s when we decided to team up with ReadyTalk and create a calculator that provide just that: a calculation on webinar ROI.

Whether you’ve used webinars in the past or you’re just starting, you can use this calculator to:

  • Identify what your webinar program is/will cost you,
  • Get recommendations for better ROI,
  • Compare costs across categories, and
  • Determine how you can use webinars for your organization.
