I thought this was a pretty unique use of Pinterest so I wanted to share it with our readers. We all know that Pinterest is one of the hottest topics of the day, and from now until May 31st, Emailvision is helping marketers user the virtual bulletin board to get some extra recognition – and results – for their creative email marketing campaigns.
Marketers are invited to pin their email creative to Pin Your Inbox. Here, the Pinterest community (and other marketers) can view and “like” their campaigns. Of course, the pinned graphic will redirect to the original online version, which will help them gain extra clicks and opens. The email with the most likes will earn its creator the opportunity to receive free creative work from Emailvision’s design studio.
