The Price of Free Website Testing

This is a debate that continues to rage on when it comes to the Internet… why should I pay for a solution when I can use a free one? We utilize many free applications – but given our experience in the industry, I think we’re an exception to the rule. As an agency, we’re fully leveraging the technology we find useful and putting it to work to help our customers.

Too many times we see our customers take advantage of free solutions and they lack the knowledge to use it nor the understanding of the impact that it could have on their overall marketing efforts. In this case, the folks at Maxymiser did an analysis of paid versus free website testing and found that customers that leveraged paid testing had 600% better results. That shouldn’t be a surprise, though. A great platform typically has experts that help you drive results using their platform. In other words, it’s in their best interest to make sure you fully leverage their application so that you get a great return on investment. A free application doesn’t offer that!
