The platform is in use by SMBs and Enterprise companies, but SharpSpring’s prime customers are digital agencies because they offer a reseller/white-label program that has become a profit-center for over 1,200 digital agencies around the world. They offer quite a few agency features, including a brandable interface, multi-client management, single sign-on, and more.

We used Act-On and HubSpot prior to going with SharpSpring. The other two platforms are good ones, but SharpSpring allowed us to have more control over our clients in terms of interaction, billing, and plan design.
