Today I completed a survey online and it was actually not a chore… it was elegant and simple. I looked up the provider and it’s a survey tool made by Typeform. Typeform (currently Beta) came about because the founders wanted to change the way people answer questions on screens by making the process more human & more engaging. I think it worked!
Key features of Typeform include the ability to build and edit surveys with a drag and drop interface. Complex Surveys can be built and can include logic jumps, hidden fields, the ability to choose images, iconography and even including rich media. The final Typeform is responsive and you have the ability to deliver the survey via desktops, mobile, tablet, blog, website, or even Facebook. Results and usage metrics can be viewed across devices with reports that look as good as your typeforms. You can also export the data.
The Typeform builder allows you to create engaging surveys that are branded – allowing you to change the background image, typography and colors. They also have professional themes already included through their themekits. You can also add email and text responses that are dynamic, utilizing data submitted in the Typeform.
If you’re not excited yet, you can also generate custom Typeform on the fly with Typeform’s API! Enterprise team and collaboration features are coming soon.
