PAM

PAM is the Acronym for Player Account Management

The operator’s back office for a player’s account. It holds the wallet, bonuses, identity checks, and payment history that support and risk teams read when something goes wrong.

What the Record Holds

A player account system is the record between the games and the cashier. Support agents and automated tools query it instead of asking the player to restate a balance or a bonus.

  • Wallet: deposits, withdrawals, and the current balance.
  • Bonuses: which offers were granted, the wagering progress, and whether a reward credited.
  • Identity: KYC status and the documents already reviewed.
  • Payments: the status of a specific transaction, not only the general policy.

How Support Uses the Record

A dispute about a missing bonus or a delayed withdrawal is a lookup, then an action. Without that connection, a reply can only explain the rules. With it, the reply can say what happened on that account and, where the rules allow, credit or release the funds.

Account Record Compared with a Transcript

A chat transcript says what the player reported. The account record says what the cashier and the bonus engine actually did.

RecordQuestion it answers
WalletHas this withdrawal left the account?
BonusDid this offer credit, and is wagering complete?
IdentityIs verification still open?
PaymentsWhich transaction is stuck?
