AES

AES is the Acronym for Advanced Electronic Signature

A secure signature that meets strict identity and integrity criteria. It must be uniquely linked to the signer, created using data under their sole control (like a one-time passcode sent to a verified phone number), and tamper-evident—meaning any changes made to the document after signing will invalidate the signature.

  • Best for: Standard commercial contracts, NDAs, sales agreements, and high-volume business transactions.
  • Legal weight: Strong. It provides high evidentiary value in court because the system mathematically proves the document hasn’t been altered and links directly to the signer.
