Digital out-of-home advertising is a subsegment of out-of-home (DOOH) advertising where outdoor advertising, outdoor media, and out-of-home media, are digitally connected and available to advertising platforms to reach audiences that are not in the home. DOOH advertising includes digital billboards, display ads, and digital posters seen when a person is out of their home and doing activities typically relevant to the advertisement. It also includes a new market, Audio Out-Of-Home (AOOH).
