Multiple Award Schedule

A contracting program managed by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The MAS program is designed to streamline the procurement process for federal agencies by providing them with pre-negotiated contracts with commercial suppliers.

The MAS program operates through an online platform known as GSA eLibrary, where federal agencies can search for vendors and products/services available under the Schedule contracts. The eLibrary provides information about the vendors, offerings, pricing, terms and conditions, and other relevant details.

Using the MAS program, federal agencies have access to a wide array of products and services from trusted commercial suppliers, simplifying the acquisition process and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
