Tim Duncan

Tim Duncan is the Product Growth Practice Lead at Bottle Rocket, focusing on helping brands increase value actions within their customer experience through the optimization of acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention metrics. Prior to Bottle Rocket, Tim worked at IBM as a Business Process Management Consultant, and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Civil Engineering.
