    Nice infographic. I agree with the points – social media can be a fantastic tool for businesses, but I think that the main point to remember when using it is that what makes it great is when customers can really interact. If there’s someone there on the other end to talk to, who takes their queries seriously, then that’s very powerful indeed. What it really boils down to is good old fashioned customer service.
